I’m computational biologist @ CRG in Barcelona. I’m developing Machine Learning methods to detect RNA modifications from Nanopore sequencing.

I’m passionate about nature, music and IT. Personally, I’m happy and proud father of a 4 year old.

In early 2026 started to include some travel tips motivated by questions I received from friends.
